Return & Refund Policy
At Zareen Atelier, every product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Order Cancellation
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed under any circumstances.
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Eligibility for Exchange or Refund
An exchange or refund will only be considered if the issue is due to an error from our end, and valid proof is provided by the customer.
Damaged Product Claims
If your product arrives damaged, you must provide complete video proof showing the entire unboxing process.
The video must:
• Start from the sealed package
• Show the full opening process until the product is clearly visible
• Be continuous with no cuts, edits, or filters
Without this proof, Zareen Atelier will not be able to process any exchange or refund request.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
• No valid unboxing video proof
• Request made after the allowed reporting period
• Product has been used or worn
• Product returned without original packaging
• Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings
• Size issues
• Change of mind after placing the order
Processing Time
If your request is approved, the exchange or refund will be processed within 4–5 working days after verification.
